1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using TaskOrbit ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and others who access the Service.

2. Account Terms

You must be at least 13 years old to use TaskOrbit.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

You may not use TaskOrbit for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. User Content

TaskOrbit allows you to create, store, and manage tasks, projects, and related content ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights to your User Content.

We do not claim ownership over any of your content. Your data belongs to you, and we only access it to provide you with the Service.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use TaskOrbit:

For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.

To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.

To harass, abuse, or harm another person.

To impersonate another person or entity.

To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NexviTech India Pvt Ltd and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexviTech India Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEXVI TECH INDIA PVT LTD DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
