Line & Sub-Assembly

Assembly Contracts

Full assembly scopes run by our own supervised teams — from sub-assembly through final build, including FDI, PDI and paint inspection before the unit moves on.

Assembly, checked at every gate

We take assembly scopes on a contract basis: sub-assembly cells, main line build, attachment fitment and final make-ready. Our supervisors own the sequence and the quality gates, so units leave the station complete and inspected.

Assembly work is paired with our inspection contracts wherever the customer wants a single accountable partner for build and sign-off.

Start with a site visit and a study report

Every engagement begins with an on-site time and process study. We submit the report, agree the scope against it, and only then finalise commercials.
